Welcome to the upgrade of a lifetime.

By enrolling in this Yoga Teacher Training, you have said yes to elevating your human experience while reconnecting with the innate wisdom and subtle superpowers that reflect the divine within you. Throughout our time together, we will explore the ancient teachings of yoga and learn how to weave them seamlessly into the rhythm of modern life. As you embody these practices, you will begin to notice profound shifts from the inside out. Throughout the course you will experience heightened clarity, increased strength, an expanded perspective, and a more profound sense of connection.

Yoga is not learned only through theory; it is revealed through experience. As you live these teachings, you naturally become a teacher. Ultimately, the yoga you teach will be informed by your studies, but guided most deeply by the person you've become through this experience.

We will meet in person one weekend per month, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. You can also attend online for part of the course. On the first day of class, you will receive a detailed course curriculum and a digital copy of your training manual. Upon enrollment, you will also receive the required reading list and full access to the online yoga class library.
