In this comprehensive and inspiring experience, you will learn the foundation of living a yogic lifestyle as a preparation to teach yoga. This program is revolutionary in its approach, dedicating an entire year to learning about yoga, applying the wisdom you have gained and feeling the true power of yoga in your daily life. This approach allows for the gradual absorption and practical application of yoga's wisdom, especially in life's challenging moments.

Under the mentorship of a seasoned teacher, Jackie Chiodo, who shares over 20 years of experience training teachers, along with the camaraderie of fellow students, you'll explore what it means to truly live as a yogi, applying the principles of yoga in all facets of life.
